I can only speak for myself, not a baker - haven’t tried since early - very early - and i fucked it all up.
Don’t really care how the dough is made as long as it keeps coming up fresh with no mold. I am not a fan of famefagging, gatekeeping, or narrative molding. We’ve seen it throughout the history come through, but i think i trust you guys to handle it and i think it’s unfortunate that it’s a requirement.
But these assholes make the case for why it is necessary.
It’s unfortunate that it needs to be a requirement, but i understand why. I see you guys putting out calls for new bakers all the time trying to get help. I don’t think anyone who genuinely wants to help would not be allowed to bake.
Anyways, I support you guys. Keep up the good work, it really is appreciated.
