I think Trump was talking a swipe at Fauci and Redfield when he contrasted "real school' to "read the book school".
Fauci is a researcher/scientist.. he doesn't practice medicine. He operates in theories, not on patients.
Trump's stay, if he was there, gave him the opportunity to speak to 'real" doctors who live in the real world, not the book world of intellectuals.
