ANONS MADE NO "informed choice" - they made a choice where to post in an aura of confusion. As can be seen by many anon comments which reflect that confusion. OSS is not a hero baker adored by anons for "exposing" the terrible kitchen tyrants who he claims are all shills, mossad, and peyseur flunkies. He is a self-centered opportunist who knows how to bake fast, arouse suspicions, and throw enough dirt to make people throw up their arms and say "I ain't lookin' at all that shit!"
