OSS was 100% shill long before this operation. He was the baker who liked to put his own adrenochrome molecule = white rabbit 'proof' in Notables without nomination. And he made those vast spurious correlation graphics they you've seem. Another baker who was helping him with this before they dropped their pastebin personas was 'ffyt4n4yb5'.
