Does anyone else get sick to their stomach knowing the Shills are here because they're the ones that were fucking/killing children and now, instead of shame or guilt, they're enacting rage upon us for exposing them?

A resolution to designate Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization was introduced in the Senate in 2019, stating that Antifa "represents opposition to the democratic ideals of peaceful assembly and free speech for all[.]"

I thought it very odd this happened in 2019 while the rioting didn't start until March of 2020

Future proves past. Antifa is (one of) the keystone.

'Running out of time': Efforts to speed up counting mail ballots stall in battleground states

WASHINGTON โ€” Battleground states that could decide the presidential election face a shrinking window to take action to allow the processing of absentee ballots before Election Day to cut down on the days or even weeks it could take to have final results.

But in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, two key swing states, efforts have stalled in Republican-controlled state legislatures. And in a third crucial state, Michigan, a push to begin the counting process several days before the election is dead. Lawmakers there instead chose to give election officials just a 10-hour head-start.

It means that outcomes in the three Rust Belt states could remain in doubt long after polls close Nov. 3, the result of a unprecedented high volume of mail-in ballots expected amid the coronavirus.

And because of the critical importance of these three states โ€“ President Donald Trump narrowly won each in 2016, but polling shows Democratic Joe Biden ahead in all three โ€“ the outcome of the entire presidential election is likely to be on hold as well.

The Right to Armed Self-Defense in the Light of Law Enforcement Abdication

BY David E Bernstein

Date Written: October 2020

Abstract

This article defends the position that the right of armed self-defense remains important today, in particular in light of the civil unrest of the Summer of 2020. The article proceeds in three parts. The first part will summarize arguments from various prominent commentators that the right to self-defense with firearms is anachronistic in the contemporary United States. These critics argue that Americans can and should rely solely on their local professional police force to protect them.

The second part of the article will focus on how this argument has been undermined by recent events. This part documents in great detail the failures of law enforcement in reaction to looting, rioting, and other forms of illegal behavior that threatened the well-being of the public. First, many police departments received implicit or explicit orders from their political supervisors to โ€œstand down.โ€ Second, in many instances, the police themselves were unwilling or unable to combat lawless behavior. If police consistently fail to enforce law and order, the argument against the individual right to bear arms for self-defense purposes significantly weakens.

Finally, the last part of the article will discuss examples of individuals and groups of citizens using firearms in self-defense during the recent unrest in the absence of effective law enforcement. Some of these episodes are open to criticism, whether on the grounds that one believes that itโ€™s never worth using or even threatening to use deadly force to defend property, or because the line between justified self-defense and unjustified vigilantism is not always a clear one. Nevertheless, if law enforcement is unwilling or unable to preserve basic law and order, itโ€™s both inevitable that citizens will try to fill the breach, and desirable that law-abiding individuals should be given the means to do so.
