They provide funds for development projects in Africa. from 2005 to 2015 (the time period of the Colgan Air crash) the head of this bank was the former Finance Minister of Rwanda. One of the crash victims was the foremost expert on the Rwanda genocide,Alison Des Forges who worked for HRW.
BAD is considered to be corrupt by people in West Africa who have had dealings with it. At least two members of the board of directors are affiliated with CGI, the Clinton Global Initiative.
Now rewind a bit. There was a genocide in Rwanda. What triggered it? Fact is that the reason is a bit confused an obscure but there was a plain crash (which may have been shot down by a missile) which killed some important government figures.
Can you possibly imagine a country of black people, where there is a disaster that leaves the country in ruins, foreign governments send lots of cash for rebuilding, the Clintons are involved in this rebuilding, and the money just fades away to who knows where. This never happens does it.

What if the pharma people from the company that Merck bought 8 months later were nudged onto the flight. What if Ruth Katz the insurance risk analyst from AIG was nudged onto the flight?
What if this was carefully planned and orchestrated as a DEATH FLIGHT to make a sacrifice to Satan on an auspicious date.
