Does Q's drops referencing '17' possibly have something to do with "Extortion 17" (a.k.a. the murder of Seal Team Six members for knowing to much about the fake killing of Osama in 2011)?

Or does it all have to do with Alan Dershowitz being on the flight logs of Jeffery's plane?
