Does anybody remember last fall, I can't find the sauce, but the chan was all over a riot in Pittsburgh that erupted out of nowhere, and people were tearing down light poles in the city?

My hypothesis then was that it was a test of a mind control technology (and it worked on that inner-city Pop).

Would be really helpful if anybody remembers the date and we can track down the previous occurrence.
