In that time period he never once tested positive, even if a false positive, correct?

Then all of a sudden we have many including him testing positive….

Who is processing these tests, same lab?

Most likely and same method.

If so, while waiting, why not revert to original ‘spot’ testing as you mentioned he carried out?

Also he seems to have been mildly symptomatic and received some crucial treatments. Wouldn’t do that unless they were sure about it.
