So at Dell, some of the engineers have a saying "Never disrespect Sulu".
They brought Takei in for diversity training. After it was over some employees said, "We have no issue if people are gay, but why are we talking about human sexuality at work? What does that have to do with making and selling computers?" All fired. Hence: "Never disrespect Sulu." You will be cancelled.
