I think your hypothesis, while interesting, is fairly simple to disprove:
AI computers do not constantly make mistakes, and fortunately Q has proven an all to human entity many times.

While it does not empirically disprove your hypothesis. Logical thinking and deduction pretty much eliminates it's viability.
Appreciate the thought behind it and I would agree that there are definitely some super computer aspects backing the Dream Team.
