I've been baking on and off since #371

I'm seeing more clown bakers, if they don't add a bunch of pointless notables they are omiting some valuable link from the reference page, and once again we see FE in the notables. This morning the ~~BAKER~~ clown just handed off the bread and didn't bother to ask for a new baker or even check if there was one.

Until we can identify one BAKER from another we'll have this problem

We need to be able to tell the newbies from the clowns from the honest journeyman BAKERs.
