i think we just need one beneficial SC ruling which I believe will create a ruling for all States.

mail in ballot without a Postal mark/code need to be denied.

some states inserted language that a ballot must be postmarked by election day, but proof to deny is the burden of proving they are late, instead of proving they were sent via usps on time.

if ballots with no postmark can be accepted, not good.

For a ballot to be accepted it must be proven it was mailed. If not major probs

USPS i am sure tracks every piece of mail to a degree, maybe not centrally but on the envelope.

The SC will most def rule on some things and me thinks this would be the key, PROOF mailed via USPS, no postmark no vote.
