Nuclearopsfag here. There isnt much of anything they can do to nuclear sites with explosives. The core can still shut down short of jumbo jet problems or internal major fuckery, and most of the security on these sites are ex military or very conservative patriots. And you will NOT get inside the site without an army. Dont worry about the nuke power plants, even if river intake was hit, all that would happen is a hot shutdown, emergency off, worst case even with internal fuckery, still have injection systems. The explosives have to be for something else, different location.
