Don't forget about Peach Bottom Nuclear Plant in York Co. PA. It sits right on the Susquehanna River & is only 3 miles from the PA-MD line.
Still say you need to consider Peach Bottom Reactor. It sits on the water of the Susquehanna River so the river would spread irradiated materials, plus it sits in a 100 mile radius of Philly, Wilminton, DE, Baltimore, MD & DC…all huge urban centers that would kill hundreds of thousands, if not millions.
