Republicans in the House Join Senate Republicans- Ask FBI to Investigate Joe Biden, His Son Hunter and His Brother for Criminal Financial Activities

House investigators join the Senate in asking the FBI to look into the Biden’s criminal history.

Paul Sperry on just released a tweet noting that House Investigators have now joined the Senate in requesting the FBI open a criminal investigation into possible foreign influence-peddling and embezzlement involving Joe Biden, his younger brother and son Hunter due to suspicious financial activities flagged by the US Treasury.

Last week the Senate released a report on the Bidens and notably Hunter Biden’s actions while his dad was Obama’s Vice President. FOX News reported:

“I look at Hunter Biden today, where he stole millions of dollars, stole millions,” Trump claimed. “His father should leave the campaign because his father was in on it.”

He added: “His father knew everything.”

The president was referring to an interim report released by Republicans on the Senate Homeland Security and Finance Committees on their months-long joint investigation into the younger Biden’s role on the board of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, as well as his alleged “extensive and complex financial transactions.” According to the report, an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden, Rosemont Seneca Thornton, “received $3.5 million in a wire transfer” from Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of the Russian capital.

Biden’s brother Frank is also a grifter. It runs in the family.

With Christopher Wray as Head of the FBI, this will never be investigated, but it is ready when the next FBI Director is appointed by President Trump.

Abby Rockefeller Withdraws Her Name From Keith Raniere’s Petition

Abby Rockefeller, the great granddaughter of John D. Rockefeller Sr., has requested that her name be removed from the petition supporting the efforts of Make Justice Blind, a group of Nxivm members supporting Keith Raniere, the convicted leader of Nxivm.

Frank Report exclusively reported that the noted philanthropist had signed the petition last week.

The Nxivm-related group removed Rockefeller’s name from the petition and it no longer appears on their website.

Raniere, who founded Nxivm and its associated group, DOS [Dominus Obsequious Sororium [Latin translation: the obedient women under their male master], is in federal custody awaiting sentencing for sex trafficking, racketeering, and other felony crimes. He faces a minimum sentence of 15 years and a maximum of life.

The petition Rockefeller signed along with several others, called upon prosecutors in Raniere’s federal case to sign an affidavit swearing they did not tamper with evidence, intimidate witnesses, or suborn perjury.

Raniere wrote the affidavit from prison and emailed it to his followers.

Rockefeller signed the petition a week ago at a meeting convened to exchange ideas on ecologically-friendly methods to improve agriculture and food systems, according to two people who attended the meeting.

The meeting was unrelated to Nxivm or Raniere.

Make Justice Blind member Michele Hatchette was invited to the meeting.

According to someone who was there, the conversation at one point turned to how the government prosecutes farmers for selling raw milk.

Michele brought up the topic of the unfair prosecution of a friend of hers. She did not disclose the highly controversial nature of the case, according to three people who attended the meeting.

Rockefeller told Frank Report, Michele is “a nice person who I was having a conversation with and who was asking for help with this, whatever this [Raniere] case is about. which I actually know nothing and it was a foolish, wrong thing of me to let my name be on there at all.”

After Frank Report first reported Rockefeller’s signature on the Nxivm petition, the story was widely read.

Rockefeller confirmed that Hatchette removed her name after being requested to do so.

“I didn’t even hear this story [about Nxivm],” Rockefeller told Frank Report. “I was just trying to help her out. I gather it is a big deal, some sort of very bad, big deal, I don’t know the details.”

The petition reads, in part, “Please support prosecutorial accountability … and keeping the pressure on the prosecutors until their transgressions are addressed.”

Nevada GOP Requests Investigation Into Mail Tampering by Biden Ally

Culinary Union's canvassing operation may have broken federal law

The Nevada Republican Party asked federal law enforcement to investigate a Culinary Union chapter for illegally tampering with mailboxes while canvassing for Democratic nominee Joe Biden.

In a Monday letter sent to U.S. Attorney for the District of Nevada Nicholas Trutanich, party chairman Michael McDonald highlighted a recent canvassing effort in which a member of Culinary Union Local 226 was pictured leaving campaign literature in a voter's mailbox. Under federal law, "only U.S. Postal Service delivery personnel are allowed to place items in a mailbox" in order to "ensure the integrity of our customer's mailbox," according to a 2010 USPS press release.

"Not only are such actions a violation of Federal law and a violation of Nevada citizens' right to privacy, they open the door to potential fraud and ballot manipulation in a year where Nevadans will be nearly universally voting by mail," the letter states. "And if operatives are going door to door and placing campaign literature in mailboxes, nothing would stop an unscrupulous canvasser from removing live ballots from mailboxes and filling them out for their preferred candidate or removing them from households and simply throwing them away."

The canvassing effort was highlighted in a Monday Los Angeles Times article that said union members Maria Magana and Atilano Salgado "took turns asking voters in English, Spanish and a combination if they would support Joe Biden for president." Magana was later pictured depositing campaign literature in a Las Vegas mailbox.

"If they're leaning or undecided, we'll see if they've made up their minds," Salgado told the Los Angeles Times. "If they support Biden, we'll make sure they vote."

The union told the Washington Free Beacon that Magana "acted inadvertently and without authorization."

Biden Has a Plan to Defend Abortion if the Supreme Court Strikes Down Roe v. Wade

On Monday night, Democratic nominee Joe Biden explained what he would do if the Supreme Court were to strike down Roe v. Wade (1973), the decision that struck down state abortion laws across the country by redefining the Fourteenth Amendment to include a right to abortion. The Democrat said he would pass legislation codifying Roe. President Donald Trump noted that similar attempts to do that have resulted in extremely radical abortion bills in states like New York and Virginia.

During an NBC News town hall, Cassidy Brown referenced Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Amy Coney Barrett, and asked Biden about his plans to “protect reproductive rights in the U.S.?”

“Number one, we don’t know exactly what she will do, although the expectation is that she may very well move to overrule Roe. The only responsible response to that would be to pass legislation making Roe the law of the land. That’s what I would do,” Biden replied.

The Democrat tweeted the video of his answer with the message, “Roe v. Wade must remain the law of the land.”

Trump responded with amazement.

“Wow. Joe Biden just took a more Liberal position on Roe v. Wade than Elizabeth Warren at her highest,” the president tweeted. “He also wants to PACK our great United States Supreme Court. This is what the Dems will do. Remember as they try changing positions before elections end. GET OUT AND VOTE!”

“Biden and Democrats just clarified the fact that they are fully in favor of (very) LATE TERM ABORTION, right up until the time of birth, and beyond – which would be execution,” Trump added. “Biden even endorsed the Governor of Virginia, who stated this clearly for all to hear. GET OUT & VOTE!!!”
