Q, Service providers ( utilites) are giving platform to Social Media sites free. If people are banned arbitrarioy like this, Can't they demand Facebook Twitter and others be removed from services like AT&T, Verizon, and smaller utilites?

they may ultimateky be owned by one but they re different. Utilities cannot legally charge 2 people the same price but proved partial service to only 1 of them and full service to the other. Meaning, AT&T cannot allow social media to ban 1 of their customers and not another. If that occurs then they have to remove that social media as part of their basic service
