A Texas Grand Jury indicted Netflix for ‘knowingly’ promoting material in the film “Cuties” which depicts “the lewd exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of a clothed or partially clothed child who was younger than 18 years of age”.
We'll see how this pans out.
This is a criminal indictment from the looks of the charges, yet individuals made this filth & decided to air it.
Perhaps if a company is found criminally liable, the CEO or BODs will pay the price.
