To my mind, there is no way this is natural. Have opined before that black hats had controlled the weather for long years (no question the capability exists), but "apparently" lost that control to the white hats maybe 3 years ago. Now it appears that nefarious parties have retaken control, likely with new & superior tech. The present storm may be intended as the kill shot, after softening up LA & elsewhere with storm after storm.
