This is correct assessment.
She was trying to blackmail him and make it look like his fault.
Now, if/when she continues to say NO, it is all on her. I hope she realizes a bunch of us could us that help at this point, but….
If she keeps being a cunt, I support his action 1000%.
She wanted bailout money for broke Dems and I don't think we should be supporting their fiscal mismanagement.
