Gregg Jarrett: Declassification of Russia probe documents could prove Hillary Clinton committed felony

Published 1hr ago

Fox News legal analyst calls 2016 Dem nominee 'immoral, unscrupulous, devious and corrupt'

President Trump's announcement on Twitter Tuesday that he had fully authorized the declassification of all documents related to the Russia investigation is bad news for Hillary Clinton, Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett told "Hannity" Tuesday.

“It demonstrates just how immoral, unscrupulous, devious and corrupt Hillary Clinton was,” Jarrett said.

Earlier Tuesday, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe declassified documents revealing that then-CIA Director John Brennan briefed President Obama in 2016 on Hillary Clinton’s “plan” to stir up a scandal tying then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia and distracting from the controversy over her private email server.

Jarrett said Clinton may have committed a felony in disseminating false information, depending on “how it [the information] was leaked and to whom.”

“I hope that the president’s declassification and removal of the redactions shed light on that because this does appear to be a criminal conspiracy,” he said.

Former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski asked when former top national security officials in the Obama administration would be held accountable.

“When do [former FBI Director James] Comey and [former Director of National Intelligence James] Clapper and Brennan, the guys that perpetuated the greatest crime in American history, get held accountable?” he said. “There’s been two tiers of justice in this country: one if you’re a Donald Trump supporter and you get the book thrown at you, and one if you’re a Hillary Clinton supporter and you get away with it.”

Obama Began Holding Secret Meetings in the White House Basement In July 2016 At the Exact Same Time the Trump-Russia Hoax Was Put Into Play

Published October 6, 2020 at 9:35pm

Obama knew of the bogus plan to tie candidate Trump to Russia in late July 2016. At the same time Obama kicked off secret meetings that were held in the basement of the White House.

As noted earlier today, DNI John Ratcliffe declassified documents revealing former CIA Director John Brennan briefed Barack Obama on Hillary Clinton’s plot to ‘stir up’ a scandal to tie Trump to Russia in order to distract from her email scandal ahead of the 2016 election.

This declassification comes after Ratcliffe released a Russian intel assessment in which he asserted that Hillary Clinton hatched the Russia hoax in order to pin the DNC ‘hacking’ on President Trump.

Rich world could be close to normal by late 2021 if vaccine works, Bill Gates says

Reuters 11 hrs ago

“By late next year you can have things going back pretty close to normal - that’s the best case,” Gates, 64, told The Wall Street Journal CEO Council.

“We still don’t know whether these vaccines will succeed,” Gates said. “Now the capacity will take time to ramp up. And so the allocation within the U.S., and between the U.S. and other countries will be a very top point of contention.”

COVID-19 vaccines developed by Pfizer/BioNTech and AstraZeneca/Oxford University are two of the leading candidates in the race to be first to get regulatory approval in the West.

The head of the World Health Organization said on Tuesday that a vaccine against COVID-19 may be ready by the end of the year.

Gates, who made a fortune from Microsoft, has since given $36 billion to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which aims to tackle extreme poverty and poor healthcare…

Trump Says FDA Pulled 'Political Hit Job' With Vaccine Rules

Tuesday, 06 October 2020 10:12 PM

President Donald Trump accused the Food and Drug Administration of carrying out a “political hit job” against him by releasing new standards that could delay authorization of a coronavirus vaccine until after the November election.

“New FDA Rules make it more difficult for them to speed up vaccines for approval before Election Day. Just another political hit job!” the president wrote in a tweet that tagged his hand-picked FDA commissioner, Stephen Hahn.

Trump, who is battling a coronavirus infection himself, commented hours after the FDA issued strict new requirements for Covid-19 vaccine applications, including a review by a panel of experts and two months of safety data. The guidelines are intended to reassure the American public any vaccine is safe and effective, amid accusations that the Trump administration’s response to the virus has been tainted by politics.

The FDA did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Trump, whose reelection may hinge on how the public views his COVID-19 response, has repeatedly suggested a vaccine could be ready by Election Day on Nov. 3 or even sooner, a faster timeline than laid out by public-health experts and drug manufacturers.

The president first criticized the FDA’s plan to issue tough standards for vaccine authorization late last month, calling the proposed rules a “political move.”
