According to Paul Sperry (https://twitter.com/paulsperry_/status/1313291454475915265) it appears that Jake Sullivan was the “Clinton foreign policy advisor” that Brennan briefed to Obama had suggested Killary set up Trump with a bogus Russia collusion scandal to distract everyone from her email problems. Logically therefore, that means he is the conduit for the Russia Hoax scheme traveling from Puppet Master (?) to Minion (Killary).
From Wiki - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jake_Sullivan:
This guy was buried balls deep in the Obama, Biden, Clinton machinations.
“Jacob Jeremiah Sullivan (born November 28, 1976) is an American policymaker and was a senior policy advisor to Hillary Clinton's 2016 U.S. presidential election campaign, with expertise in foreign policy."
“…he worked as chief counsel to U.S. Senator from Minnesota Amy Klobuchar, who connected him to Clinton.
In 2008, Sullivan was originally an advisor to Hillary Clinton during the primary cycle, and then to Barack Obama during the general election campaign. When Clinton became U.S. Secretary of State, Sullivan joined as her deputy chief of staff and Director of Policy Planning…
He became Vice President Biden's top security aide in February 2013 after Clinton stepped down as U.S. Secretary of State. In those posts, he played a role in shaping U.S. foreign policy towards Libya, Syria, and Myanmar… “
“Iran nuclear negotiations
In November 2013, the Associated Press reported that officials in the Obama administration had been in secret contact with Iranian officials throughout 2013 about the feasibility of an agreement over the Iranian nuclear program. The report stated that American officials, including Sullivan, had secretly met with their Iranian counterparts at least five times face-to-face in Oman.”
2016 Clinton presidential campaign
Sullivan was the chief foreign policy adviser to Hillary Clinton. Sullivan was prominent in many of the Podesta emails released by WikiLeaks “
Benghazi probe

In Sep 2015, Sullivan was called to testify before the U.S. House Select Committee on Benghazi regarding the 2012 attack on a U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. Sullivan was a State Department official when the attack occurred in 2012. According to a NYT report: “Mr. Sullivan…was also a conduit for unofficial intelligence reports that Mrs. Clinton’s longtime advisor Sidney Blumenthal was sending to Mrs. Clinton. Although the Obama administration had barred Blumenthal from working at the State Department, he routinely sent Clinton these reports, which often contained information that turned out to be false and were at times marked 'confidential."
Comments on Donald Trump
In a policy discussion with former Australian PM, Sullivan said, "The ideas he’s putting forward and the temperament that he has displayed make him a dangerous proposition to be commander-in-chief." He went on to specify "it is very, very difficult to pin down where he stands on a lot of these policies."
And for the Gold Medal - Comments on Russia and WikiLeaks
In the wake of private Clinton campaign emails being hacked and released by WikiLeaks in October 2016, Sullivan accused Russia, its leadership, and Trump's presidential campaign of attempting to influence the presidential election through cyber-attacks. In a statement, Sullivan said Russian President Vladimir Putin was "trying to put his thumb on the scale through cyber-attacks aimed at influencing the election because he knows that Hillary Clinton will stand up to him. … Given the alarming set of facts, it's time for Donald Trump to condemn this modern day Watergate and disclose all of his campaign’s connections to Russia and WikiLeaks.

She was also listed as a co-author of the Judiciary Committee’s majority report spelling out the constitutional grounds for impeaching the President. There she is named on page 3, just under the Forward by Nadler. Can’t make this shit up.
