when I see notes which are nothing more than a copy/paste of a news headline with description that is the same copy/paste and a screen shot of the headline that was copied and pasted, it makes me wonder if the writers/owners of the news sites are on here essentially leaving links to their stories to get clicks and advertising dollars.
Notables should include at the minimum a description of the content of the article and highlight points that you feel are important.
The lazy and easiest way? screen shot the article.
