I think with these logs we need to consider that this pilot also has a heli licence, and or that crew change outs occurred at these points. Looking at the way he logs his flights, it might be that if he flew heli in between those flights he carries over the flight number to the heli logbook to keep continuity.
Also, if crew changed at a particular airport, it would indicate why it is then departing from another location for his next log line.
Not saying it isn't strange or right, but just a possibility that would explain why it is that way. I noted several other instances in the documents indicating that the aircraft lands in one spot and departs another following, again, crew change could explain this.
