I asked this question yesterday could there have been a small charge placed at the window and the engine explosion was just a diversion to make it look like the window was hit from the outside but infact it was an inside job meant to suck a specific person/s out of the plane….
The heat from the engine explosion would have directly effected that particular window window enough to set off a small charge for sure….
Keep turning the screws on Moonbeam :D
