A long time ago, at the end of the Obama administration, there was talk of the "secret pardons" that were handed out. The "Get Out of Jail Free" cards were handed out to all the complicit (now) enemies of the state. While everyone chafes at the bit, Hillary and friends are all immune… AND since it is "secret", no one speaks of it.

If Trump can ever show Obama was not a US citizen, then Obama's presidency and all his orders can be rescinded. That would include Obama's picks for judges.
