Before I waste a lot of time putting together research that already exists…has there been speculation on CLAS 1-99 referring to Saud financing of 9-11?

1-99 ← 9-11

CLAS ← SALC (Saudi Arabian Letter of Credit - used for int'l trade deals…requires signatures to setup/collect)

feel like I'm grasping at air…stop me if this was already explored or obviously my imagination from staring too long.
