Need a little help

Anons, the Mueller Report, according to what I understand, found NO evidence of collusion, correct? Yet, the "Committee's bipartisan report unambiguously shows that members of the Trump campaign cooperated with Russian efforts to get Trump elected." This, to me, just seems like wrap-up smear wording, but what's the final anonalysis of this whole stupid thing? Anyone got sauce for how stupid this report is? Thanks, in advance. Anon.
