If you wanted to arrest someone without freaking the straight or starting riots, a Medevac helicopter is the way to go. A lot of Medevac helos are based on the Lakota and military pilots trained on lakotas can fly them. All they need are the uniforms. "I'm here to take you to a place of safety".
I've overlaid a Lakots onto an EC45 Medevac to show my point.
Just thinking, it's a 3 year delta since we saw all of those medvac helos around Stennis and Las Vegas. Time to peel your eyes and watch teh skies. Most normies wouldn't look twice at a Medevac or Life Flight, but drab green military choppers tend to attract attention.
