Eric Zinterhofer

Mr. Zinterhofer serves on the Boards of Roots, the Octave Group, Hemisphere Media Group, Global Eagle and Liberty Latin America. In addition, Mr. Zinterhofer currently serves on the board of Charter Communications, Inc. as Lead Independent Director. Prior to co-founding Searchlight, Mr. Zinterhofer was a senior partner at Apollo Management, L.P. in New York. Mr. Zinterhofer graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania, with BA degrees in Honors Economics and European History and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Ryan joined Stella Point in 2017. Previously, he spent seven years with Moelis & Company, originally advising clients in the industrials and consumer industries. Ryan was most recently an Executive Director where he executed numerous transactions for clients in the real estate, gaming, hospitality and leisure industries, while also performing a number of other functions including deal sourcing. During his time at Moelis, Ryan advised both companies and investors on a wide variety of corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings, and debt and equity capital raises.
