I'm the OP that creates the Meme breads.

I have reported a bunch of these for deletion.

If you see any that are inappropriate, the best way to get rid of them is to click the triangle left of Anonymous, click Report, and fill in the form (very short field for your comment).

Then BV or BO is supposed to see the Report and do something about it.

Nobody but moderators have the power of deletion, unfortunately.

There is also a bread called Meta where you can write messages to BO / BV and explain what the trouble is. I've tried that.
