Forgot to say that you don't want to be taking Zinc+Quercetin for a long time. I think I'd used it only if tested positive or symptomatic or on/off. Also Quercetin is a chelator so you want to take it in between meals or first thing in the morning but Zinc can cause issues (nausea…) if taken on an empty stomach…
