In my opinion, somebody has to be pretty high up and infiltrated into the Cabal/coven.
They know they are being watched and listened to so I doubt they are compromising themselves that way. So for Trump to know the plans in advance, there has to be a 'deep throat'.
Maybe Trump knew all along there were two strains planned. As you say, it was pretty publically telegraphed anyway.
But maybe Trump made such an early big deal about HCQ to make them believe that's where he'd go If he 'got' the virus.
They thought they had him with the stronger strain?
