Is Pence trying to lose the debate

After 210K deaths, I expected the number that were killed in nursing homes in NY + about 3 other states. I expected the fact that the only known medicine at the time, HCQ at ~85% effective, was withheld from prescribing doctors when it would do the most good. (Cuomo plus others mandated 'no').

The next question proves he is not ready or trying.
