No.
The standard interpretation is that it was a sub shot one missile at AF1 and a F-16 with a special anti-missile package saved the day.
Another is that a sub shot a missile not seen here at AF1, a ground-based battery in the Puget sound area attempted to knock down said missile with one that IS seen here but failed, and the F-16 saved that day.
Or maybe, ground-based battery badguys shot at AF1 and a sub was involved somewhere else. This is getting ridiculous.
