Fighter jets escorted the 'Q400 missile' to the R.Russell submarine. This is the 'sub' that launched the missile at AF1 during POTUS travel for peace talks with Kim.

Sounds like there was secret bunker housing the USS Richard B Russell, the sub that fired the rogue missile, on the Island where Richard Russell supposedly crashed the Q400 plane. Word is, that was cover for the F15E with spec weapons pack to take out said bunker.
