This came from a YT channel "7 9" and was the latest video posted to that channel late 4/18 Wednesday. It's nothing new but it is interesting.

 

For valid comms between units it seems highly impractical. The level of difficulty in decoding is zero, and numbers have to be manually copied off the video. The whole process would require way more time than it's worth for actual comms, both to encode and decode.

 

We should already have no problem verifying that no nat guard units are rolling for any domestic sweep…

NO military unit would use this for actual comms. There is effectively no encryption and having to copy every character, in hex, off the video by hand … who would DOOOOOOOO such a thing????
