Potus should agree to a skinny bill with only: $600/wk through the end of the year PLUS a $1 billion WHISTLEBLOWER FUND to be distributed to those reporting proven ELECTION FRAUD.

The fund could be paid out in an amount that equals the severity of the election fraud committed and reported and its percentage within the total amount of votes determined to be fraudulent.

For example, a person reporting proven fraud of 10,000 votes would receive 100x more than a person reporting fraud of 100 votes.

If one million total votes were researched and deemed to be fraudulent, not only could those votes be rightfully tossed but the people reporting them would receive $1000 per vote proven to be false. (you listening volunteers in Philly? Milwaukee? Detroit? Phoenix? etc).

Processing the reported fraudulent votes could be paid for by an account separate from the Whistleblower Fund making certain $1b would be distributed to just those whistleblowers.

With all that the debt that has been run up this year, an extra billion to ensure a fair election is a bargain for everybody involved.
