received two , what could be used as ballots, a few days ago for people who don't live here

They send a card which you can take as an ID to the polling place

on the envelope it's says to return it if the person is no longer there.

So that means they are uncertain if they are sending it to an actual resident

Inside is the laminated card saying

"Fast Pass Tag" with a bar code

it's like a credit card

it says you can take that to the polling place to vote.

There is no photo id on it.

can't get my camera to connect to computer so the photo of it will take a bit of time
