a good prosecutor can get a ham sandwich indicted...so either these are pussies for prosecutors or they are comp'd and have the evidence just using the excuse of "oh, we don't have enough evidence to prove within a shadow of doubt".....do you think Jim Comey in July of 2016 really didn't have the evidence against Hillary or was he comp'd...see it all depends on how much you want the conviction or whether you want to dismiss the case.
