I have a question…
If the CIA felt an US person(s)/individual was a threat to national security or was involved with terrorist activities… after digging into every nook and cranny of their existence, and those affiliated, and find absolutely NOTHING on them, when do they cease their efforts?
Do they ever? Have they ever made exceptions based on circumstantial evidence?
I ask, for those whom are being targeted unnecessarily, due to vengeful actors who may/or may not have had clearance at one time or another… does this ever happen?
