Dutchsinse has been claiming for years that USGS are manipulating and/or withholding data. He has been hounded and persecuted by them, too. They didn't like that he is able to predict EQs with an average of 85% accuracy. Probably because he could instantly recognise non-natrual ones.

I think it started when he began talking about HAARP and predicting where tornados would follow their geoengineering - he got it right every time. And claiming that earthquakes are predictable and follow a pattern meant that they couldn't just geoengineer EQs anywhere on the globe without arousing his suspicion. In short, Dutch messed up the cabal's plans to cause weather and seismic events and claim they were random/natural.
Tried to help a young guy addicted to pharma drugs. Stayed with us for a couple of months but behaviour so bizarre had to send him packing - he went to drug rehab but haven't heard what's happened to him since. But the thing I noticed that sort of fits with what anon is saying is that he seemed to have lost his personal aidentity. I would forever catch him out re-jigging someone else's experience he'd just heard and telling it a day or two later as though it was his own.
I thought this might be because the drugs had wiped his own memory so that all he could do to give himself an identity/personality was borrow other people's life experiences and recount them as though they were his. He did it to me on several occasions - really creeped me out.
Not so fast with the gallows. If Pruitt is corrupt, consider the possibility that he has been turned and is being used to expose the corruption as he knows exactly how it works and who is involved.
