Authorities have determined after a ballistics test that the high capacity firearms, ammunition and the bump stock belonging to a Frisco couple discovered in a Massachusetts hotel room last month were operable.

 

Francho Bradley, 59, and Adrianne Jennings, 40, remain in custody in Middlesex County on 45 weapons charges, according to a release from the county’s district attorney’s office. The couple is being held without bail following a hearing in Lowell District Court. The next hearing is April 26.

 

On March 24, police responded to the Marriot Residence Inn after Bradley called the Tewksbury Police Department to report that he believed his room was being broken into, the release stated. Upon arrival, officers cleared the room and observed numerous large capacity firearms and ammunition, as well as helmets, vests and tactical gear….

…According to a release from the Tewksberry Police Department, they were arrested for eight counts of possession of a large capacity firearm, 19 counts of possession of a large capacity feeding device, three counts of possession of a silencer, eight counts of improper storage of a large capacity firearm, improper storage of a firearm, possession of a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without a license, possession of a bump stock and three counts of possession of an infernal machine.

 

The DA’s office release states Bradley told investigators the gear was for a mission and that he provided a fraudulent Department of Defense badge. A police report states Bradley declined to tell investigators what he does and that he said he is working for a government agency that is dealing with a virus but could not say what agency.

 

The report states investigators questioned Jennings about why the couple was in Massachusetts, and she said it was for Bradley's job interview. She said they brought the weapons because they didn't want to leave them in an empty house in Texas….
