My thought on it is that it relates to Alex Jones's gay frogs info. Chemicals in the water are literally demasculinizing the men. (Not sure the usual meanings of emasculate fit here, so I'm making up a word.)

I had something weird happen last week on half chan as I was trying to collect up fullsize images. One of the images had been replaced by an image of a menacing threat.
