That doc does appear to be real. It says the case has already been settled and JE plead guilty to state charges. It must be something other than his original conviction in 2008. It will be interesting to see what they got him for and what the "settlement" was.
Maybe they somehow induced the stroke that put him in the hospital and then bashed his head in while he was in the hospital recovering. Just a thought…
