I live with one and know at least another who believe Biden will win because the polls say so.
I tell them "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me" and make it clear how the quote applies to this scenario (should be obvious, but then so should the whole thing), AND THEY STILL DON'T GET IT. The fact that they think they can cling to "muh Hillary won the popular vote" just reinforces that the polls were probably right, but because of a "technical snafu" (the electoral college—something the polls should have had as their very basis of making the prediction), he stole what was rightfully hers. You can toss in the 3 years of fake Russian news and they think POTUS just somehow beat that process too… not that it was fake news.
These people need need hit in the head with a 4x4 wooden beam to knock the superglued, welded, strapped-on blinders off the sides of their heads..
