Pelsosi invoking the 25th Amendment is not the action of someone that thinks the Democrats are going to win the election.
Look I am sure Q and POTUS are aware that if Trump loses it's all over, I have to believe that they have plans to not let that happen.

arrests now would look like Trump was rounding up his political opponents, delas will get all the info out there and then when Trump wins people will already know the truth an then justice can happen.
Remember how Trump kept threating to send the military into the cities? He never did because he knows that is what they wanted, to claim he was a tyrant. He made them ask for help.
Barr has been threatening arrests before the election knowing he wasn't going to do it, it unnerved the enemy. It also made the Dems bank on a strategy of Trump being a dictator arresting his political enemies. But they were fooled, instead Trump is releasing all the information to inform the American people. After he wins the case will have been already made for justice.
