1) Declare Trump to be mentally FIT (gain credibility for commission)
2) Steal election
3) Declare Biden mentally UNFIT
4) Harris becomes VP, appoints the shadow president as VP (Obama)
5) Harris resigns
6) Obama serves out term.
Remember, 22nd Amendment only precludes a person from be ELECTED for more than two terms. Under this scenario, Obama could be president again.(or it could be HRC, but I doubt it.)
Of course, need to add that the 25th Amendment requires the nomination to be approved by a majority in both Houses…so they need the Senate as well to pull this off.
