Side Effects of Covid-19 Treatments?

Nancy has expressed concern that some of the treatments given to POTUS can cause behavioral changes. Think that was in Nancy's press conference on 10/8/2020 (the orange conference).

So did she let the cat out of the bag? Do the treatments, being pushed at the people, cause side effects? Do they pose more risk than HCQ, while costing a lot more? Does big-pharma still love Nancy?
