Legit SAPs & Top Secret Intel could remain classified.

The illegal & evil stuff could be declassed.

Letting the fact be officially known that she had a private server set up to be an electronic [Drop Box] for selling US Classified Intel to China & the highest bidders doesn't give away any sensitive state secrets.
